Detailed assessment of site characteristics allows us to identify the ideal product configuration, while careful site inspections provide us with the information we need to ensure the correct accessibility during installation and maintenance stages.

LEITWIND manages an international supply line with plants in different locations:

• Vipiteno, Italy: Production of converters.
• Lacedonia, Italy: Production of generators, hubs, frames and transformation stations.
Assistance and maintenance centre for the South of Italy. Storage of materials, production, regeneration and assembly of parts.
• Tamil Nadu, India: Production of generators, hubs, frames and blades.
• Gilly-sur-Isère, France: Production of wind turbines (generators, hubs and frames) by subsidiary company, POMA.

LEITWIND expertly manages the installation and commissioning of its wind turbines. The modular design of LEITWIND turbines cuts transport costs and makes installation possible even in sites that are hard to access.

The combination of alternator and IGBT technology used on LeitDrive converters is a guarantee of excellent grid compatibility.

LeitDrive frequency converters, developed in house, adapt to the grid codes of operators and to a wide range of connection parameters. They are also able to efficiently manage reactive power, also supporting weak or unstable power grids.

LEITWIND takes care of running and monitoring individual wind turbines, offering site assistance and 24/7 monitoring, as well as management of spare parts through its dedicated software:

• LEITWIND SCADA allows real-time control and monitoring of aerogenerators.
• LEITWIND PARK MANAGER offers the possibility to monitor and control both the whole wind farm and single generators remotely.
• LEITWIND WEB PARKVIEWER, is a portal specifically for our customers, offering real-time monitoring and analysis of performance, accessible wherever you are, from any device connected to the internet.

LEITWIND offers maintenance contracts (O&M) to guarantee the quality, safety and profitability of every project.
