02

Ensuring quality and top-level performance

Our aim is to guarantee quality, reliability and rapid
resolution of failures, maintaining cost efficiency.

03

Improving reliability and efficiency

We work hard to continuously improve the reliability of our wind turbines through practical solutions and suggesting design improvements. The team at LEITWIND focuses on minimising operating costs and maximising the efficiency and duration of our products.

04

Building an integrated wind power network

We are working to create integrated wind power plant networks with electricity distribution systems and advanced technologies for renewables, including storage solutions.

05

Ensuring synergy for energy reliability

Our vision is for a future where these systems can work in synergy to supply reliable, sustainable and constantly available energy to end users, avoiding grid losses and waste due to auxiliary costs.

06

Making communities more resilient

We continue to support resilient communities where renewable energy is the main driver of progress, improving quality of life and reducing environmental impact.

We manage an international supply chain and count over 400 wind turbines installed all over the world.

Direct-drive technology, the heart of the entire system

Patented DirectDrive technology is at the heart of the LEITWIND wind turbine: it consists of the direct connection between the rotor and the generator, eliminating the need for a gearbox. A smaller number of high-speed rotating parts means higher efficiency and reliability, as well as reduced costs linked to wear and maintenance.

Technology

The advantages of
Modular design

LEITWIND wind turbines are designed according to a modular concept, composed by separate groups: the hub, the generator, the blades, the tower head and the main frame. The modular design offers a high level of standardisation among the different wind turbines and notable advantages from the production stage through to maintenance and logistics, making it possible, for example, to install them on sites that are difficult to access, such as mountain areas.
