Field SERVICE

Repairing wind turbines focuses on 3 main activities:
1. Ordinary maintenance works aimed at improving the reliability through a proactive approach.
2. Extraordinary maintenance works including activities necessary to resolve reliability issues in the most efficient way, in response to a system malfunction.
3. Retrofit projects focused at improving the functioning of the plant. These projects are carried out once an action plan has been defined and subsequently approved by the Engineering team.
 
 
 
 

24/7 REMOTE MONITORING

Our CMS (Central Monitoring Station) wind turbine remote monitoring is active 24 hours a day. When a problem occurs on a wind turbine, the CMS immediately takes action to solve it remotely. If the problem cannot be fixed this way, the CMS will contact the WTO (Wind Turbine Operation) department, which will find the solution and organise an on-site intervention.
 
 
 
 

Spare parts MANAGEMENT

Materials are acquired, planned and handled based on logistics activities. All LEITWIND warehouses are connected to each other and managed from the main warehouse, which carries out a quality check of the wind turbines spare parts before supplying them.
