2025: New Markets, New Challenges for LEITWIND
The general trend towards products with larger rotors and higher power output is reducing the supply in the Megawatt-class turbine segment and gives a strategic advantage to LEITWIND.
The dynamics of Italian energy policies over the past year have driven LEITWIND to explore new horizons, expanding its presence on an international scale. Among the markets of interest are the United States and the United Kingdom, as well as a reassessment of previously inactive areas such as Poland and Greece. The growing focus of major players on large-scale turbines has reduced competition in the small-scale turbine segment, both for new installations and repowering, opening new growth opportunities for LEITWIND.

Additionally, this year marks LEITWIND's participation in HUSUM Wind, the leading event for the wind energy sector, taking place from September 15 to 19 in Husum, in the Schleswig-Holstein region. The exhibition, with a surface area of 25,000 m², will involve the entire supply chain, attracting institutions and industry associations. On this occasion, LEITWIND will showcase the advantages of the LTW42 model, designed for the German market. This turbine, in addition to standing out for its compactness and low visual impact, integrates perfectly with photovoltaic systems, ensuring continuous energy production and thus promoting greater energy independence.
